  2011 Subsea Suppliers Forum - Bringing Suppliers & Operators Together
 
  Subsea Energy Australia's first Suppliers Forum proved to be a great success. Chairman of SEA, David Cox, said "the goal of the forum was to provide a low cost opportunity for Australian subsea companies to get a foot in the door to present their goods and services to larger local companies and operators. Feedback from the attending operators, contractors and participants was that the event was a resounding success." David went on to say "with a strong turnout from the companies we were targeting and genuine interest from them in finding more out about Australian companies, then there is no doubt the event will be bigger and better next year.”

As a result, Subsea Energy Australia is holding their second Subsea Suppliers Forum on Wednesday 4th May 2011. The idea is to provide an opportunity for suppliers to briefly present their capability to operators, contractors and subcontractors.

The format of the forum is that there will be two large rooms with projectors available. A company representative from each participating presenting company will have 3 minutes to present their company products & capabilities, providing a brief introduction to allow interested parties to follow up. Adjacent the presenting rooms participating presenting companies will have the opportunity to put up a company banner where they can make themselves available for further discussion with those interested.

Companies wishing to present are required to provide some expression of interest details via the online registration form below. This year presenting companies are restricted to SEA member companies only. Those wishing to attend to chat with suppliers are also requested to register below to assist with catering.

Cost, time and place details are as follows:

    Time:          Registration & coffee 11:00am - 11:30am, presentations 11:30am - 2:00pm
    Cost:           Free to come along and chat to the suppliers, $325 for presenting companies

Morning tea will be provided as well as lunch.
