Subsea Energy Australia wins funding for accreditation project
Subsea Energy Australia announced today that it has received funding for a project to assist Australia suppliers to understand the accreditation requirements of the subsea Oil & Gas sector.
The funding has come from the Australian Government's 'Buy Australian at Home and Abroad' initiative, which assists Australian firms to access opportunities in major resources projects.
Wood Group wins Bonaparte FLNG work.
Wood Group Kenny has secured a multi-million dollar engineering contract from GDF Suez for the Bonaparte LNG project in Australia where the French operator is looking to deploy its first floating liquefaction facility.

Subsea Energy Australia in conjunction with the Subsea Australasia Conference committee is pleased to announce this call for papers for the 2013 conference being held in Perth, Western Australia in February 2013.
Over 450 industry personnel attended the 2012 conference, making it one of the largest subsea specific conferences in the region.
If you are interested in contributing to the conference please submit an abstract for consideration by 31st August 2012 to subsea@divevents.com.au.
Successful applicants will be notified in writing by 30th September 2012.
